How to Change Ink

Replacing the ink refill is quick and easy! Simply unscrew the pen, remove the old refill, and insert a new D1 refill. For more details, refer to our Refills section.

Ink Refills

Aluminum Bronze Finish & Patina

The PicoPen is available in two barrel materials: stainless steel and aluminum bronze. The aluminum bronze barrel is a “living finish,” which means it naturally oxidizes over time, developing a unique patina. Some may find this beautiful, while others may prefer to maintain the original look. If you want to restore the finish, use a small amount of Brasso on a soft cloth to gently wipe down the barrel. This will bring the PicoPen back to its original shine without much effort.
